Great Points:  Beautiful resort; wonderful pool w/cliffs; kids loved it; entertainment A+

Bad Points:  Poor customer service- it almost was as if they disliked having customers- especially American ones- seriously; a smile and a "Let's see what we can do" would have gone a long way to fix this; no ATM so bring lots of singles and fives- front desk won't give dollars or change- not accomodating, leveled guest status- Platinum Club vs. the rest of the guests, seems like you must tip to get regular service- maid often forgot towels or to restock mini-bar unless you tipped; food ran out on buffet and workers rarely wanted to restock- often said, "No restock", ran out of towels during break, no chairs to sit on on beach because all were reserved w/towels- but no people- Platinum members had 2/3 of beach reserved w/signs- lots of complaints about this; restaurant thing is a total sham- could make one reservation a day; usually could only get late ones like 9 or 9:30 p.m. oddly- upon arrival would find the restaurant (every one) was empty- 5-10 of 50 tables were seated only-- obviously wanted you to do the buffet which was the same basically each day; big push for time share and Platinum- felt like a second rate customer despite paying big bucks- some very rude employees and we were very nice- Activity guy on beach very rude when wanting to get a boogie board or kayak- WARNING: watch out for crocodiles in the unfinished lagoons in front of and in back of two resort buildings- no warning and no fencing- sometimes smelled like sewer gas near lagoons!
