My husband and I along with our two sons just returned home after a fabulous weekend at this hotel. The staff members go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. A surprise fruit plate awaited us on arrival, along with a personalized message from the concierge team of Susan and Gregory, welcoming us.
We travel to Toronto on a regular basis and up until recently, have chosen to stay at a different hotels throughout the city, ie. Yorkville, University Ave, and Theatre District. This has become our favourite place to stay. It is conveniently located near sports venues, theaters and shopping centres, bars and even a grocery store downstairs.  The rooms are large and bright and the beds are very comfortable.
Finally, not sure which sports team is playing? Check the lighting in the hotel...red, the Raptors are in town, blue, the Leafs. It changes overnight.
Thanks again to all who made our weekend special, the front door men, the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, maid service and of course our friend Gregory at concierge.  Looking forward to our next stay.
