FRAUDULENT BILLING BY RESTAURANT/BAR

THE RESTAURANT/BAR IS FRAUDULENT!!!!! THEY WROTE IN A TOTAL ON THE RECEIPT AND OVERCHARGED $84. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Try the Holiday Inn on South 55 instead

OK, this has been awhile ago but nonetheless I have meaning to leave a review....My extended family decided to have a "hotel weekend" with the kids so we could get together and the kids could swim, etc..... While at the pool we noticed a kids hockey team and their parents were partying off to one side. Middle of the day...lots of beer, etc... It got noisier and more raucous as the time went by. We left for dinner and came back to go to bed. What luck...said noisy hockey team parents were across the hall from our rooms. They were incredibly loud and ridiculous, so I called the front desk to complain. (1 in the morning by now) The girl on the phone sighed and said she would take care of it.....Noise continues (AWFUL by this point) so I called back. "Not -so-thrilled" front desk girl assured me that it would be dealt with. The cops show up (YEA!) and the party ends. I got maybe 4 hours of sleep that night. I said something to the clerk as we checked out, expecting maybe a "sorry" or "what can we do for you" and was told, "Oh, they come every year for the weekend." I was FURIOUS! I felt our room should have been comped or atleast a lunch voucher, ANYTHING....no compensation was offered......If you have read this far....make a note to yourself...service starts at the front desk. These people did not care about the service for my family (we had 3 rooms in all) they only cared about the hockey team, so money must be the bottom line. I should have taken it up with corporate....sorry I didn't...
