Elevators are very slow. Had hair in shower for two days that was not ours. Some people were nice. Great location. And the a/c will freeze you out! -
This place sucks. -
The pillows are really small, like marshmallows -
Book the package that includes parking and swamp tour. You pay $20 for the parking instead of $26 and $5 for the swamp tour instead of $52!!! -
Don't get a wheelchair accessible room if you're a light sleeper. Elevator chat will keep you up all night. -
Don't start singing snoop an chingy song ;-) -
Hotel is worth the price if you are only looking for a place to sleep while living it up. Elevators are super slow but the staff is very friendly -
Great location...one street away from Bourbon St. We got a great rate on Travelocity! -
Great hotel, highly recommend. Say hi to the bell boy Elijah -
Slow Internet, slow elevators, weird rooms but great neighborhood for fun! -
Keep your valuables with you, maid ignored the do not disturb sign & we had stuff missing. -
Great location, friendly service, okay rooms, sloooooow elevators...prices are a little all over the place so do your research. Remember, you're not paying for pretty but convenience! -
Fine hotel if you don't plan on doing anything but sleep in the room . Hotline.com $65 a night . -
For the price & the location, it is hard to beat. The room we stayed in wasn't luxurious, but it was spacious &.comfortable. The staff is also friendly. My one complaint: slow, crowded elevators... -
Room 7, service 5, AC 10, elevator 0. Don't eat chicken wings that are left on the soda machine overnight. -
Interent is not so great. Parking is $26, BUT you get ins and outs and can stay parked until 2pm even after you've checked out. -
They have nice pillows...only good thing about this hotel. -
it smells... really smells, and the smell is unidentifiable. -
Wifi is slow, room service sucks, in a dodgy area...meh. -
Much better hotel is the intercontinental and is only a few blocks away. Cost is about $40 more a night but worth it. -
Air conditioning leaves a lot to be desired. Parking is $26/day. No fridge in room. -
