The absolute worst service I have ever had in my life.  After taking a hockey team to this hotel for a tournament and paying top dollar for a hotel that has a indoor pool we received not compensation for the following.  Our children received a sunburn like rash over their bodies from what appears to be a over clorinated pool and closed the pool down and admitted to some type of handle not being in its usual spot.  Didn't stick to their satisfyed customer policy and wouldnt even explain it to us. Extremely rude front desk and even worse in management positions. Hotel keys needed to be programed repeatedly and front desk was rude everytime it had to be done.  Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless they find new owners and staff! This hotel is only 6 mths old I think you would want to satisfy your customers better than this.  Was told by owners son I would leave this hotel happy next day he was no where to be found and was far from happy even worse that is why i am spending the time to post such a review. On a scale of service on this hotel from 0-10 i give it a -5 if this is any indication on the service we received
