    • Read another comment about the noisy AC, and I can confirm. I've never heard a louder fan in a hotel, ever. Had to turn it off and deal with a warm room. North tower.

    • Tiny TINY gym. Get there early.
    • The pillows here suck! They are too squishy! Also, there are too many rowdy drunk people from the nightclub across the road!
    • Stay in the north tower. Take the glass walkway from the mezzanine to Fallsview Casino.

    • Suite I had in North tower was nice, but if you want a better view of the falls stay at the casino; they have the best view.
    • Don't let them put u in the South or Mid tower, the rooms are old, dark and smelly. North tower is new, and the rooms have jacuzzis

Niagara Falls Hilton, Fallsview Hotel -Complaint

My handicapped wife and I planned a stay at the Niagara Falls Hilton Hotel for an 11 year reunion with close friends from the US. We booked side-by-side rooms because my wife has bowel issues and a prosthetic leg. Side by side rooms would allow
us to order `Room Service' to one room and at the same time offer the privacy of our own bathroom close by. Upon arrival to the Hotel, we asked the young women checking us in if there were any problem with the two rooms. She said that she was aware of the others in our party arriving the next day and there were no problems.
When our friends from the US arrived, we were shocked and very disappointed to learn that not only was there room not next to ours, but that it was also two floors away!
We went to the front desk and spoke to one of the young men "Patrick" who listened intently but then referred us to his "supervisor". We explained our problem a second time, and also informed the supervisor that one of the members of our party was a trip advisor AAU Basket Ball in the US and this type of service was unacceptable (she has since written a letter of complaint to Hilton corporate office.) When we questioned why the rooms were `confirmed' as a side by side reservations, the hotel supervisor stated "we really don't even look at that you check in,...so side by side rooms might not be available at that time".
The Niagara Falls Hilton seemed very happy to take our money, but when it came to resolving the problem, they were nothing short of useless. We asked several times how this problem might be resolved and the only response we were given were shoulder shrugs and lame excuses.
The Niagara Falls Hilton Hotel ruined a holiday that took months to arrange. After posting this complaint on the Hilton Facebook page I was contacted by one of the Customer Service Reps, and explained my complaint. Within a week the Niagara Falls Hilton credited my Visa a whopping $75. This hardly covered my fule cost not to mention the ruined vacation! I've tried to contact the hilton's customer service rep two weeks ago, but he still hasn't returning my e-mail. So now I will go out of my way to advise others against staying in The Niagara Falls Hilton Hotel.
