I stayed here with a friend who was in a wheelchair, so I booked a room in advance that they promised me would be wheelchair accessible.  When I got to the hotel, they did not have a room available for me (any AT ALL that were wheelchair accessible).  When I called the Hilton to complain they basically told me "too bad" and that they never make any guarantees that a person in a wheelchair can get a wheelchair accessible room.  That is completely ridiculous.
