My sister and I were in for a birthday weekend (mine) and enjoyed the hotel. Even though it is an older hotel, we loved the suite we reserved. It was large, with plenty of closets and a kitchen area (that was a surprise) I especially loved the old doors and decor of the hotel. The other thing I noticed was how quite our room was. Being in New York, I expected to hear a lot of noise, but my sister and I slept well and were never awakened. Also liked the location of the hotel. Close to everything. Staff was very nice also.

    • Now managed by starwood, which gave it a facelift to be continued in the next couple of months. Large rooms, free Internet. Bathrooms need updating

    • This place is pretty decent for the price and location. Often times my key doesn't work which can be annoying. Staff is generally friendly save for a few. Turning into a Westin in the near future.
