No Call No Show!
We called A&R and scheduled our move 6 days in advance. They were supposed to be there at 9am. After two calls (one at 10AM the other at 11:30AM) We were finally told the moving crew had moved one of the guys out of his apartment the night before, and they were spending the morning moving his stuff into a storage unit. I cancelled around noon and found another company. After leaving us high and dry, A&R had the nerve to call at 2PM and ask if we still needed them.

The ONLY thing I'd have done differently would be to have recieved a call letting me know they'd be late. However, these guys did a fantastic job, and even made it fun to do business with them. They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Call ahead to confirm the time, but don't avoid them for that reason. They're in demand because they're good at what they do, and the price can't be beat! Mike and Rodney were terrific to work with, took excellent care of my belongings, and were finished in no time flat!

We were moving a two bedroom apartment just across town, but had quite a few heavy/fragile pieces. Gerry and his crew were exceptional--fast, professional, courteous. They took special care with the items marked fragile. They worked with our schedule and called ahead before they arrived. Gerry was especially great at keeping everyone motivated: we had the whole place moved from door to door in 3 hours exactly. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends.
