Didn't have coffee in the room but it got here in about 20 minutes after we asked for it. -
Find someplace else to stay. Staff is rude and slow. View in our room was awful and the hotel has none of the services you would expect from a hotel this expensive. -

Elevators are state of the art, and we had no issues with speed. Beautiful hotel. Vitascope Hall was terrific for football and great food. -
In a hurry? Good Luck with the elevators that are referred to as "cars". The "cars" are very slow. Hotel renovation is great! Service seems flawless as well. -
Concierge gave me a free drink card for sports bar across the street, Walk-On's. -
Lunch at 8 Block and drinks with dinner at Vitascope were amazing. Check out the vitascope app... Virtual DJ! -
