Overrated Hotel
This hotel was nothing special. I took off one star because they didn't have a real gift shop. They had a temporary gift shop which was hidd...
This hotel has a lot of problems
This hotel was obviously built for maximum # of rooms and does not have the infrastructure to handle the numbers of guests packed in. I had no hot water several mornings. The iron stained purple stuff on my pants and I spent hours getting the run-around and leaving messages for staff members who never called me back. (This still is not resolved.) It took me days to get a room service menu. The pool is about 1/4 the size needed for the number of guests, and service at the pool took so long that we had to cancel our lunch order and go hungry. I would not stay here again.

The breakfast burritos in the lobby are good and cheap. -
Don't bumrush celebs in the elevator at 2 am or EVER. Kinda makes you look insane to others in the same elevator (Vampire Diaries fangirl, looking in YOUR direction) -
Keep your eyes peeled in the lobby while SDCC is in town ..... celebs everywhere -
Ask for the rooms ending in --01 for THE best views. You will pay more, but so worth it for the corner! -
Slow-close toilet seats FTW. -
Best option if you plan to attend the Annual ESRI User Conference or the Comicon a the San Diego Convention Center. -
I am @Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel -
$7 beers upstairs and at the pool. $4-$5 beers at fox sports grill. -
This hotel has the worst customer service of anywhere I have been! Valet to bellman have snobby attitudes and need to learn about customer service! -
Done and done. -
The grilled cheese is delicious and a perfect room service meal -
Beautiful hotel, just wish they had free internet. -
Ask for a room with a view and they will oblige! Great customer service - friendly staff. Walking distance to Gaslamp Quarter and stadium! Starbucks on property. -
For cheaper parking - buy something at Starbucks. They validate for 3 hours! -
The beds are cozy & comfy, nice walk to GasLamp district -
Go to pool early to get lounge chairs! Don't don't have enough and you will be without one unless u r early. -
Lovely views and customer service! -

Mira Mesa was in the building! -
The beds are super comfy and the breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices. Located in a very ideal location close to the gaslamp district and other points of interest. -
The Elevation Room is great for receptions and has an awesome view of the bay. The staff is amazing! -

Having a drink by the outdoor fire pit is a lot of fun. -
Beautiful hotel and wonderful service! Food is great and the hotel emphasizes organic food and buying from local farmers, wineries, fisherman. -
Parking is expensive. $30 a day :( -
Great venue for conferences. The views are spectacular and the restaurants are great. -
Great location for a conference. Clean, nice rooms. Gorgeous views from restaurants. Close to gaslamp district. 10 min walk. -
The hotel is just about two years old, very bright color schemes to match the oceanic colors from the view of the port and the city, simply beautiful. -
Nice rooms and views. Internet access is $20/day. No free wifi in the Starbucks. -

Very gorgeous hotel that overlooks Old Town San Diego and the coastline. -
Not to bad, the elevators confused me. You can order a pizza but they won't allow the delivery man up. You have to go down and get it. That was the whole point in ordering delivery duh? -
Drinks are over priced and not too good -
Need coffee? Don't worry - there's a Starbucks here! -
Double tap the elevator button if you hit the wrong floor and cancel the stop -
bad service here
