$7 beers upstairs and at the pool. $4-$5 beers at fox sports grill. -
This hotel has the worst customer service of anywhere I have been! Valet to bellman have snobby attitudes and need to learn about customer service! -
Beautiful hotel, just wish they had free internet. -
Ask for a room with a view and they will oblige! Great customer service - friendly staff. Walking distance to Gaslamp Quarter and stadium! Starbucks on property. -
The beds are cozy & comfy, nice walk to GasLamp district -
Lovely views and customer service! -
Beautiful view of the view and downtown San Diego. Comfy beds and excellent staff and service! -
The beds are super comfy and the breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices. Located in a very ideal location close to the gaslamp district and other points of interest. -
Having a drink by the outdoor fire pit is a lot of fun. -
Beautiful hotel and wonderful service! Food is great and the hotel emphasizes organic food and buying from local farmers, wineries, fisherman. -
The hotel is just about two years old, very bright color schemes to match the oceanic colors from the view of the port and the city, simply beautiful. -
Odd-numbered rooms have a great view of the sunset over the harbor! -
Beds are very comfortable at this hotel. -
Need coffee? Don't worry - there's a Starbucks here! -
Double tap the elevator button if you hit the wrong floor and cancel the stop
Overrated Hotel
This hotel was nothing special. I took off one star because they didn't have a real gift shop. They had a temporary gift shop which was hidd...
This hotel has a lot of problems
This hotel was obviously built for maximum # of rooms and does not have the infrastructure to handle the numbers of guests packed in. I had no hot water several mornings. The iron stained purple stuff on my pants and I spent hours getting the run-around and leaving messages for staff members who never called me back. (This still is not resolved.) It took me days to get a room service menu. The pool is about 1/4 the size needed for the number of guests, and service at the pool took so long that we had to cancel our lunch order and go hungry. I would not stay here again.
