As the saying goes... Is not gold.... It seems the Gansevoort/Paradiso has not been nice to their neighbors, aka the Roney Palace... This is the South portion of the building that has yet not been renovated to Gansevoort standards.. The residents are being treated as Second Class Citizens, their services cut while their maintenance fees have doubled. They have been without amenities for over 3 years... Now the Gansevoort Boys are making their lives a nightmare!!! So sad... Over 90 owners are selling because they cannot stand it!!! Hush... Hush.... The Shadows lurk.....
