If you are with a car but don't need it then try the garage @ 150 Turk street. They only charge $15 night inc tax. The hotel charge around $40. Dodgy area but garage seems secure. -

Room 620 (in the stairwell) has a slightly bigger bathroom than the rooms in the center of the building whose windows face each other -
God help you if your room faces Sutter. The walls and windows do nothing to keep out the noise of trucks picking up trash and making deliveries all night long, crazy people yelling at nothing, etc. -
