Nice Property - but outdated.
The Staff is friendly, but the hotel definitley needs to be updated. It has the feel of a four seasons, but the hotel is out of touch with current trends.
Time has forgotten the interior decor
The concierge was friendly, and the brunch was great! But the rooms are old and musty. They were close to the Toyota Center, we could walk to the ball game, but far from any of the cool downtown bars. I didn't have to get soaked with rain going to my office in the Houston Center!
Nice Hotel

Its a little outdated for me.
I have stayed at plenty of other Four Seasons Properties and I think the Brand has forgotten about their Downtown hotel here in Houston for the last twenty years! The decor is out of style. But I must say the Concierge service was Wonderful!!! They helped my friends and I celebrate a bachlorette party downtown in STYLE!

The Four Seasons in downtown Houston truly is the best. I have stayed at other so called luxury hotels in downtown Houston and yes, the rooms there are nice too, the food was great as well, but when it comes to personalized service and recognition, nobody does it like the Four Seasons. It seems that every single staff member loves to take care of guests. They simply exude guest service! If you want luxury, Four Seasons is the only way to go...
Nothing can beat it
The Four Seasons Resorts are the best all over the world. I try to frequent them often and it is always a wonderful experience. They never forget a detail. I would recommend their resturant Quattro as well.
Simply Amazing.
The hotel has wonderful service, excellent staff, and amazing facilities, along with the scrumptious food. Everything in the hotel is planned out from the main lobby that houses the excellent grand stair case and lounge style areas of the finest couches, loungers, etc. - all the way to the elevator lobby that houses the signature Four Seasons arm chairs. The pool, spa, hot tub, etc. are all amazing and set up in a very eloquent and relaxing setting. From the moment you arrive off the street at the hotel - the doormen run to the door to open it for you and usher you into an amazing experience that is sure to impress your greatest senses. It is a must stay while in Houston.

The Four Seasons Hotel warmly invites you into one of the most classy hotels in Houston. The staff, room service, day spa, pool, hot tub, and restaraunts were all perfect. I never had one complaint during my stay at the Four Seasons.

Swanky and Satisfying
By far the best hotel in town! The rooms are HUGE and really well-decorated, the amenities are fabulous, and the staff is the best I've ever seen in any hotel. Their restaurant is chic and the food is awesome! This is the place to see and be seen!

Great hotel bar - strong drinks :) and I would totally live here if I had the extra dough. -
Call down early on Thursdays to have the valet get your car; they are swamped Thurs AM with departing business travelers. -
Buy one of the mattresses and pillows. This is one of the best beds in the hotel industry. -
Try the Banana's Foster! They serve it with Chocolate Ice cream DELICIOUS! -
Stay Sun. and eat Brunch at 10:30... Best I've ever had and worth the $$$.

I should have packed a bathing suit - Really nice pool deck and plenty warm in October. Also I ordered a burger last night and asked if it was fresh or frozen, they said it was fresh. I doubt it. -
Just brought on a new chef from Italy and food in Quattro (3rd floor) is amazing. Ask for Chef Maurizio - he takes custom orders for dinner! -
Downtown Houston has an entire city underground. Just ask somebody about it. Take the walkway over to the Houston Center and enter the underground from there. All air conditioned and dozens of restaur -
Tues/Wed/Thurs nights in the Lobby Lounge has a sushi bar..."Wasabi in the Lobby." Great sushi; fun. -
If you're staying more than one night ask about the Stay Longer package...you get the second night free! Forreals free!

4th floor gym has free coffee tea and fruit. And lovely lavendar-scented washcloths. -
If you are in search of yummy Vietnamese food, try Huynh. It's not far and the four season's driver will take you there and pick you up!
