    • Coffee in lobby is decent and will energize you enough to get to Eataly a few blocks away for Lavazza. Staff has been cheerful each of my many stays. Need draft Victory beer here 2 merit 'Best Brews.'

    • Avoid the Mexican restaurant at all costs. Not good and they blast obnoxious music in the evening. Breakfast food is also bad, but the breakfast staff is extremely nice (unlike dinner staff).

    • Very rude staff. They could not find my reservation, I had proof I booked it and still took 4 people to get this resolved. Be careful of this place front desk lady medium frame latino lady very rude.

    • Located on mannequin row in the fashion/design district. Convenient. Clean. Spacious (for nyc). Very friendly staff. Good deal!
