For the money this hotel is not good.

Avoid the Mexican restaurant at all costs. Not good and they blast obnoxious music in the evening. Breakfast food is also bad, but the breakfast staff is extremely nice (unlike dinner staff).

For convenient, affordable accommodations in NYC, this place is better than many. Courteous staff.

Unimpressive Sheraton...get a high floor room for the view but beware of the elevator wait

Very rude staff. They could not find my reservation, I had proof I booked it and still took 4 people to get this resolved. Be careful of this place front desk lady medium frame latino lady very rude.

Located on mannequin row in the fashion/design district. Convenient. Clean. Spacious (for nyc). Very friendly staff. Good deal!

This place is a dump. Hit the 2 for 1 happy hour in the lobby bar to help you overlook the dirt. Front desk team is super nice, tho.

Decent size rooms for Manhattan. Comfortable beds.

Ask for a room that faces away from the street :-)
