Great All Suites Business Hotel
I travel once a week and have switched to this hotel. The suites are literally twice the size of a regular hotels guest room. Have traveled for years and have met both the General Manager in the Lobby and The Director of Sales and they remember me and greet me by name. I had an issue with my Gold Passport points and the Sales Director had it fixed in a few hours and even followed up and confirmed that he had it straightened out. While every other hotel is cutting back on service, this hotel gets it.
Wonderful hotel outside Atlanta
Very friendly staff willing to help you out with anything you need. Awesome bartenders and servers at the restaurant. Spacious and luxurious suites. Perfect place to stay during a business trip!

Wonderful stay
I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked this hotel. The rooms are vey spacious and very quite. I slept like a log the whole time I was there. I also found a lot of great places to eat within walking distance. I will stay here again for sure.
Night Night
So far I've had a decent stay here. The hotel seemed relatively new and the views of downtown was amazing. The hotel has a good amount of restaurants surrounding it. Overall it was a good stay here so far.
Comfortable Rooms w/ lots of ammenities
Very nice hotel where the staff is happy to help with whatever you may need. There are lots of great restaurants all within walking distance and the hotel restaurant itself is quite nice and comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere - although a might bit over priced for what is received. One evening I was a bit unimpressed w/ the bar service - never once was I asked what I would like to drink. The work out facility is very nice and will meet your needs while traveling. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Great suites and many restaurant choices within walking distance
I visited at the Hyatt Regency during my most recent business trip and stayed for one week. There was a little trouble finding my reservation in the system (which I hear is common for them) but the room was spacious with a king bed, kitchen area, dining table and living room. There is an outdoor pool, fitness center and business center. My only complaint is that the rooms only offer wireless internet and the business center is small - only one computer. Great service all around.
Good place to stay the night

Good customer service
While we loved the hotel, and the location, we did not love having to PAY for parking!! Rediculous... especially since they book weddings and other events that take up some of the parking!! Anyway, other than the parking, the place is great. We loved the secluded pool area. Nice lounge and buffet areas. The beds were very comfortable. Overall a very relaxing place.
