Awfully Bad

I stayed here for three weeks, and encountered problem after problem. I was traveling so I had to check in and out a few times and saw several different rooms. Two had broken AC's, one had a remote control that didn't work, in one room the cleaning lady didn't do anything except make the bed, another smelled like a nursing home and one room was noisy as world war 2. There are 5 very slow elevators for over 500 rooms and no freight elevator for the cleaning people, so expect waits of 5 minutes everytime you need to go up or down. One out of three people who work there are competent, the other 2 are willfully dumb. I left some luggage during a short interval during my stay, and they lost it. At breakfast, there are no knives or spoons, only forks. The parking is totally inadequate and every room is noisy either because of the freeway or the huge generators flanking the hotel. There is always a line at the front desk because the staff is sitting in the back -- doing what, nobody knows. They're definitely not looking for my lost box. The only bright spot is the restaurant. They have great food. SPend the extra twenty bucks and give yourself a shot at getting a good hotel.
