Hotel not prepared for holiday weekend
Hotel unprepared, overbooked, understaffed, and undertrained; Not signed in properly; Problems with fan switch and leak over mirror in room never fixed; Later same day, met 2 gentlemen outside our door with working keys to our room because they had been assigned our room. In evening, while at the front desk, speaking to the manager about problems thus far, an inebriated man was yelling with hands cupped (to create a megaphone effect) because he could not get a room on a Monday (holiday). He kept yelling for over 20 minutes. Able to hear him inside our 8th floor room with door closed. Security was never called by the staff to confront the man. However, in the morning on that same day, my children were corrected (rightfully so) by hotel staff for running in the breakfast area. This hotel has its priorities completely askew and some real security issues to correct.
