    • great hotel, except when renovations are going on, the noise can become annoying.
    • Great nail salon connected to Hotel called Tiffany's. Manicures only $12 for basic polish and the back massages are amazing for those sitting at a desk a lot. Worth it after a mani/pedi.
    • Good location
    • feel free enjoy
    • Very disappointing! Worn down not worth the money! Go elsewhere!!!!
    • Fire trucks roll at all hours.
    • The cookies are to die for !
    • Under renovation...
    • Turn on the fan in your room to cover up the noise.
    • You get to know your coworkers alot better with double beds more like 1.5 single beds. Guess its pretty standard for new york.
    • This hotel does NOT offer a coffee maker in each room. I consider this a failure for a Hilton brand hotel.
    • Nom alert: Check-in includes warm cookies.
    • Las galletas calentitas que te dan cuando haces el check in son deliciosas y las camas muy comodas y grandees!!!
    • Free wifi in the lobby!
    • I love their cookies~ lots of choices for food at anytime of the day
    • Plan ahead if you plan to take a hot shower. I think the water heater is located in Jersey
    • Noisy. Fire truck Sirens. Doors banging. Horrible service.
    • Great service and location. Welcoming cookies were yums! Rooms all differ slightly in layout. Good variety of neutrogena toiletries in toilet.
    • reasonable rates if you book pre-paid :)
    • Make sure you get your warm cookie upon check-in. So good!
    • 2 hours complimentary wifi connection. Try it

The hotel is in major construction. The rooms that are available is so old that the wall papers are peeling. The tub was leaking water. Furnitures are worn as well.

friendly staff, busy hotel

Rating: 9

The staff was absolutely the nicest staff I've ever encountered...however, the lobby was always VERY busy!! There were always a ton of people, no matter what time of day or night. On the whole, the hotel was great, as long as you don't mind the chaos in the lobby.

A fine hotel

Rating: 9

The hotel is handily placed to get around NYC, was clean, functional, large rooms and friendly staff. Excellent value for money and I'd definately recommend.

a great place to stay

Rating: 10

the rooms were big, for nyc hotel rooms, and very nice, very clean. everyone was super-friendly, and the bar downstairs was a fun place to meet for drinks before or after going out. and it's in a pretty central location--i would definitely stay here again.

Not Comfortable

Rating: 5

I'll pay the extra money next time and stay somewhere else. Noisy, (fire station across street) and bed was not comfortable.
