Hidden Costs, Poor Service

Watch for hidden charges at check in. El Paso has two taxes that appear on the bill, however the recipt doesnt say what either is for. 1 should be for the transient tax all cities have , but what is the 2nd tax for. They also charge yo for the safe in the room even if you do not use it but charge 1.50 a day up front and dont tell you. The Mangaer was never available when I asked for "Leticia", the sign in the laundry for use was in Spanish only, the housekeepers did not speak english and ignored Do Not Disturb sigbs The 2-10 front dek clerk was too lazy to go and find another remote control for me, and always pull back you bedspread when you get in and check the underside of it, mine had blue ink stains all over it and a yellow stain, check your sheets also. Aks at check in for a microfridge, clicking on the picture of the room with one on the inernet doesnt get you one you must request it here. They have signs all over that make you feel like a criminal. Signs in the elevator,rooms and laundry warning you if you park your tires over the while line you will be towed and the daily cost is 135.00, and then signs in the rooms telling you how much they will charge you per item if your missing any towels, wash clothes, pool towel ect... pay cash so they cant charge you credit card I would not stay here again nor send anyone here and I work for Days Inn
