Pretty good value I have to say. Good rooms, comfortable beds & nice bathroom. Pity the bottle of water wasn't changed from the last guest, only let down. -

Alex the manager (ex park 8) is simply awesome. Always polite and accommodating. Room large, clean and room service was fast and yum. From reading other tips I was worried but can give it thumbs up -

Staff are incredible but the rooms have quite a bit if wear and tear. Room service was very slow too. Rooms and amenities could do with some TLC. -

Room service is unbeleivably bad. Food was delivered lukewarm and soggy in plastic takeaway containers! Plastic cutlery, no salt/ pepper. Just shoddy for a $40 meal, in a hotel that alludes to class. -

Really nice, contemporary design interior, esp the lighting design at the level corridor. I spent a few hrs in a room, really nice. Also I was given a tour by the hotel manager.
