    • Receptionists need to learn to make it about the guest, rather than about themselves, they were rude and not that smart. That being said, hotel was nice in so many levels.

    • Lovely hotel, big room and barhroom and view on the Gran Via. On the top there is a beautiful lounge bar (drinks are so good!).
