Horrible!!!

No A/C in first room; had to be moved. Shower was so hot, could not wash hair, then could not turn shower off. Shower ran entire night while we were at dinner despite telling front desk of the problem (he "forgot"). Came back to check on it; sat there for 1.5 hours while they tried to figure out what to do. Decided to move us back to non A/C room. Manager was RUDE and told us we were free to leave if we were unhappy. Entire night in SoBe ruined dealing with hotel. Ended up leaving at 2 am and finding a hotel in Miami. Worst hotel experience ever. Elevator broken.
