Great Value, enjoyable stay
Stayed in a very nice room that was extremely clean and with the online package recieved breakfast and valet parking with in-out privilages for well under 200.00 a night. Great location, decent view and overall the staff was incredible (except the bartenders??-go figure)

Ask for room #s that end in -11, eg. 411, best layout and views -
Breakfast not included and is quite pricey for a buffet that has a small selection -
Wifi in room works fine now. -
They do have wireless in the rooms now.. -
WiFi in my room works great. Courtyard always does good -
Having a full Starbucks in the lobby is nice, but there's no wi-fi in the rooms and the bath towels are like sandpaper. -
The 'high speed' internet in room besides being wired only is by far the worst internet I have experienced since the days of dialup. I got better internet from my tethered phone... -
No cell phone signal or wifi in the rooms. Have to go to lobby to use laptop and around the block to make call. -
Ibahn wireless rediculiously slow. Our conference traing is moving in slow motion. Coffee please! -
Don't forget to bring a network cable! No wifi on the 13th floor!! -
No fridge, hum... -
Just Ethernet, not useable with iPad :-(, Starbucks is fine -
The no wifi is ridiculous. It's 2011, no one has used an Ethernet cord for 5 years -
24 hr beer cooler -
During the weekday head over to the secret deli across the street inside the office building with the fountains outside. Great breakfast burritos. Get the small. It is big enough. They also have SoBe. -
The convenience store across the street is a lot cheaper than the hotel on all of their market items and is open late. -
Breakfast is 17.99. :( Bring an airport express with you to give you wifi in the rooms. Two computers for you to use in the lobby plus one boarding pass only one. -
Washer and dryers are on 15 & 17. The detergent is automatic and free. $4 of quarters for one load (wash and dry). -
Wi-fi in the lobby only. No wifi in the room. Starbucks (it's an actual sbux, not a store that brews sbux coffee) inside the hotel is great. -
Free wi-fi in the lobby, but wired Internet only (and slow) in the rooms -
Ethernet Cables are available at front desk and/or hanging in your closet in a bag. Wierd I know but it does the job. -
Just to reiterate, there is no wi-fi. There's internet access, but you have to bring your own ethernet cable. -
When they say "wireless internet" is in every room, what they REALLY mean is that it's wired internet. Big difference! -
Starbucks inside the hotel is awesome! -
Breakfast is $17.99 and there's no wi-fi. -
Try the Hummus with the grilled flatbread from room service. Excellent! -
The bartender makes a decent classic martini. He's also a die-hard 49ers fan, so talk football.
