Good location

I visited Hong Kong on vacation and this was my second trip for this year. My first stay at Cosmopolitan Hotel though. I stayed for 4 nights in a deluxe room which had a view of the race course and was definitely a valued stay.

I should point out that staff was very friendly and very helpful which made my stay more content. The place was clean and tidy. I was provided with free transport to Times Square and for anyone who is not willing to stay a few minutes for the shuttle bus the tramp stoop is right outside the front door.

Cosmopolitan would be the ideal hotel for anyone looking to go shopping in Hong Kong. I certainly had a great stay at this hotel.

Great staff, great location!

I stayed at Cosmopolitan last month when I visited Hong Kong on a business trip. The staff was excellent, with superb service around the clock. From the front office to the room service staff... they were all very friendly, making it feel like home. The hotel was really nice and fully worth the money, much more than I expected from a hotel in hong kong I must say... The hotel's location also was great for me, as I had to do a lot of travelling. Also, got some last minute shopping done at Times square, a great place to get all your shopping done... all in all, I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely love to come back, hopefully when I have more leisure time..

Great Hotel!

This was my 2nd stay at Cosmopolitan. I had a great time when I was in Hong Kong before. My visit this time was for official purposes, but coming back to the hotel after a busy day was just a great treat. The rooms were very nice and comfy. Having a high speed internet in the room really helped me a lot to get my work done in the evenings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel also had a complimentary shuttle bus to the major locations around. I used it often to save on my transportation costs plus it was very convenient! I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel with a lovely ambience

I have visited Hong Kong on many occasions on business. This visit was my 5th and I was somewhat yearning for something different on this visit. Most of the time my days are spent working and evenings preparing for the next day but this time around I  made sure I had some time to shop and do a bit of sightseeing.

A colleague of mine recommended Cosmo Hotel to me with a note saying it's a chic hotel. I wanted to encounter this chic concept for myself and thought this would be the best opportunity. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel offers the choice of selecting the room according to my liking. I thought this was novel and was eager to check in to my acridine orange Superior Room.

When I eventually did check in I was simply amazed on how this hotel is different form other hotels and how it has created a contemporary chic atmosphere to suit individual tastes. The room was spacious and comprised of all the modern facilities one could expect. High speed internet was very handy but a tough pricy.

After completing the scheduled work I had two days to spend to venture and explore the great city. The proximity of the hotel to the Times Square Mega shopping mall proved to be useful as this is where I did most of my shopping. The free shuttle service offered by the hotel was also handy. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and felt my desire to experience something different was fully satisfied.

Absolute Bargain.

With a family holiday long overdue I was surfing the breadth and width of the internet for offers. My kids and wife were keen on going to Hong Kong as they love their shopping and they had their minds set on Hong Kong. This made my life much easier but I still had to find a nice hotel to stay. It was on one of these long arduous searches that I came across the Cosmopolitan hotel. What caught my attention immediately was the star rating and the price.

I went a head and booked the hotel as it suited my budget perfectly but with a slight hesitation thinking of what to expect. When I arrived at the hotel all my doubts were soon dispelled as the hotel just seemed like such good value for money. Every thing about it was just as they had described on the site. It was modern and warmly and more than anything the staff was extremely friendly.

The only thing I could maybe falter about the hotel if I really had to would be the room sizes but I guess this is the case with most modern hotels in large metropolises. All in all my family thoroughly enjoyed the trip and their stay at the hotel. My wife was ever so grateful to the staff as they had given her some tips on where to shop as well as where to get the best bargains. The hotel shuttle service was an added bonus and again it's just simply amazing what this hotel offers for the price you pay.

Convenient, Comfortable and Great Value

Being a businessman with a tight schedule and a long shopping list I rarely have time to waste. With this in mind I began searching for accommodation in Hong Kong for my 3 day visit.

This was my first visit to Hong Kong and I needed to be located in convenient place to make sure I get the most out of my stay. It was by shear luck that I came across Cosmopolitan Hotel and when I made the reservation online I wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing.

The moment I waked in to the hotel I knew I had made a wise choice. Since my main requirement was proximity to the shopping and business area of Wan Chai I was pleased to find out that the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus service. This was just what I needed since I had not much time on my hand and this shuttle bus was a godsend.

The check in was a 5 minute affair and my room was just what I wanted. It was cosy warm and yet had a chick ambiance to it. The view of the racecourse was nice although I didn't get to see it much as I was out mostly.

The service of the hotel was near perfect I never had any issues and all the staff members were pleasant and courteous. On the final day when I was struck for time and needed some last minute shopping done I inquired from the reception about the best place to go to find the items on my list. The lady at the desk went out of her way to give me the location of a shop she thought that might have the items I wanted. I thought this was a nice gesture as it was relatively a busy day and she had a lot on her plate.

I can't comment on the restaurants and other facilities as I did not use them but from a location and service perspective I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. Above all for the price I paid I think this hotel totally exceeded my expectations and I would certainly stay in this hotel the next time I visit Hong Kong.

A pleasant and a pleasurable stay at Cosmopolitan

I'm a frequent traveler and have experienced many hotels in my travels. Most of my traveling is business related but I enjoy traveling on leisure when I get time.

I wanted to treat my wife for a shopping holiday to Hong Kong as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. So I booked with cosmopolitan as I heard good things about this hotel from some of my friends.

The hotel facilities as well as the staff were simply the best. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole hotel as for the price I paid the service levels and overall standards of the hotel were topnotch. The hotel and its ambience provide a modern but intimate feeling. The rooms are cozy and well equipped.  Moreover the view of the race course was simply beautiful. The site of the course well lit up at night was really charming and made our anniversary extra special.

The staff gave my wife tips on where to shop and when one of them mentioned that the hotel offers a free shuttle service I was elated. My biggest worry was how to navigate the busy shopping areas of Wan Chai with my wife. But it just worked out fine.
Overall my stay was a really enjoyable one and I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Hong Kong.

Small yet Pleasant!

A very last minute change of plans made me look for hotels in Hong Kong in a hurry. I had to go HK just for two days and needed a hotel centrally located with decent facilities.
I really didn't even have time to look at any reviews and after a few searches I settled down with Cosmo hotel as the price and location seemed good. Upon arrival I was greeted with warm smiles and the check in process didn't take too long. So the first impressions were good.
When I entered my very chic looking room I realised that this is not the biggest room I've ever stayed in. I was a touch disappointed yet after a few hours I was ok as the décor and in room facilities were really good. The bed was comfy and the internet was free so I soon forgot about the size of the room and got on with my work as time was of the essence.
I really didn't even have time to explore the city and the many shopping malls but I was informed by a staff member that the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the city centre which I thought was really good. All in all for the amount I spent I found this hotel to be quite a bargain and would definitely stay here the next time I come to Hong Kong.

Great hotel great value for money

I was on a budget trip with a mate and yet I knew that HK is not that cheapest destination either. But I'm so glad I found Cosmopolitan hotel as it fit the bill just right.
The price was right the location was right and the service was even better. I've traveled and stayed in many hotels and most of the mid range hotels I've stayed in charged for Internet. When I heard that Cosmopolitan didn't I was amazed. To add to this they provided a shuttle bus service to most important locations within the city which was also absolutely free.
From start to finish I had a great time in Hong Kong and I can attribute most of it to my choice of accommodation. Great hotel great value for money.
