We stayed here for our final night in London before heading back to the states. While its location is amazing--it's near Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and plenty of other great shopping--the hotel itself was a huge disappointment. It smelled funny, the room looked old and unclean, and it was too expensive for the night we stayed there. The only good thing about it was the view, which allowed us to see the London Eye and several of the other attractions in London.

I would never stay in this hotel again.
