We stayed in room 122 on the evening of 11/21/2009.  The wife was woken up by a hotel party, and had to turn on the lights to see the phone.  She saw a spot on the side of the sheets, pushed it, and it popped with blood.  she looked at the bed itself, and the pillows were covered with bugs.  There were red splotches of blood where her head crushed them.  We have never been so disgusted!  We were given another room, but received crappy sleep after a full day's drive.  The kids were a wreck the next day as a result.  When asked to comp the room as a result, I was told only the manager could do that, and over a long holiday weekend... nothing.  Comfort Suites lost a customer this November day.  Don't make the same mistake we did.
