Horrible experience! Will never stay there again!

I waited in line for over 15 minutes, when I trying to check in at 4:15PM, my room wasn't even ready. I checked back in 15 minutes, still not ready. I ended up leaving and coming back later. Which I really wanted to freshen up but was unable to do so due to the fact that my room wasn't even ready! When I was finally able to check in, after driving all the way down to Entrance "E" at the Sheraton, the room key they gave me, didn't work. I drove all the way back to the entrance to only find out that, the door at Entrance E wasn't working correctly. When I got to my room, I was missing shampoo and had to call the front desk. Outside my room they were painting the walls, so the odor and fumes was making me sick. Additionally, on day #2, housekeeping came to clean the room but left no towels at all. When I called the front desk, they said they ran out of towels - so this delayed me even being able to take a shower and freshen up AGAIN! I wanted to share my experience with hotel management when I went to check-out but was unable to do so because they could not be located. The "CHEF" checked me out. I wrote to the hotel management and the corporate office and never heard any feedback!!!! Obviously, they don't care about their customers!!!
