Poor Service

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel over the 4th of July weekend with NO AIRCONDITIONING. And was informed they had no maintenance working the weekends to fix the probles. The pool was dirty, the jaccuzi water was warm and very cloudy and there was no towels available at the pool or jaccuzi. We recieved extremely poor food service using this hotel for our wedding reception
