I have 2 email confirmations for a room with 2 beds. When I checked in I got a room with 1 bed. I went back to the front counter and the manager on duty basically told me I was ** out of luck and that I did not have a choice because the room has a pull out couch. He then threatened me that he would take one of the player rooms away and I had no other choices. UNACCEPTABLE. Furthermore the pull out couch is broken and looks like it has been picked up off the street where someone had left it out for garbage and thus not useable. As well when I checked in they refused to take my aeroplan points card telling me they would not honor it. The hotel management knew all the local hotels were booked and I have no choice but to bow to their threats.
