This hotel is great. It has a nice acomendation. It has such nice employees. The food is just to die for. My taste buds just love it. There movie theater is fun to watch and enjoy a cheap snack too. I would love to visit this wonderful hotel again.
Great hotel rooms, nice pool, good food, bad wedding coordinator
I had my wedding reception here, the food and service staff were wonderful! The red velvet cake also scrumptous but don't recommend the marble or white, they were dry. The only major complaint we had was the wedding coordinator who misplaced our rented chair covers and lied to us about their whereabouts. After loading 1/3 of the covers into the car my mother was told that was all of them, even though the rest were in a huge pile behind the valet podium. After the chair cover rental place called the next day to say they were missing the other two thirds of them and that this wasn't the first time the Chase had lost their covers, my mother went back to the hotel and also called and each time she was told they looked around and couldn't find them. Finally the rental company went themselves and were able to retrieve the lost chair covers which had somehow reappeared after my complaint to management. Aside from the rude coordinator, the wedding was fantastic and our hotel room that night was amazing as well!
