This hotel in Barcelona Spain is a dump. A smell of sewer was coming out of the bathroom and there is always something wrong happening while we were there August of 2010. The patio door handle was broken during our stay so we could not open the door to the patio. The thermostat was not working properly so we have to manually turn on and off the switch to regulate the room temperature. The front desk people were not friendly especially one guy named Mario. Rude and no customer service skills whatsoever. Very disappointing considering it is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. We will never go back there. I should've listened to some of the blogs that I've read about this hotel.

The only thing that made this stay nicer was the bar tenders. They were all friendly and professional and helped us plan the things to see around Barcelona.
