I recently stayed at the Cassa Hotel on a business trip. I was extremely pleased as to what I found. The hotel was immaculately clean.

Every employee - from the GM, to front desk, to housekeepers - where beyond courteous and helpful. They all seem to be there just to make sure you are comfortable and have whatever you need.

The hotel is located in the heart of midtown Manhattan - right by Times Square. Anything you may need is right at your finger tips.

I have stayed at numerous hotels over the years, from little chain hotels to some of the most luxurious hotels in the world. Cassa Hotel ranks right up there. I can't wait for my next trip to NYC to stay at Cassa again.

I stayed in August and I loved it, it was fantastic.  I have already recommended the hotel to friends.  Everyone was so solicitous and helpful. Beds were super comfy and I can't wait to come back to NY and stay at Cassa.

I stayed at this brand new luxury hotel recently. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The staff is extremely friendly - always smiling, asking if anything is needed, if everything is ok, etc.

The rooms are a nice size and very quiet for midtown Manhattan. The beds are extremely comfortable. Great features in the rooms - big flat screen TV, Geneva docking station, luxury bath amenities...

I'm not in NY much but I will definitely be staying here when I come again.

I stayed here last month for just two nights. The staff is amazing - all very helpful and friendly. The location is great. The rooms are nice sized - especially for NYC. They were clean and very comfortable. The one thing that seems consistent in reviews I have seen are the comfortable beds - and my review is no different. I don't know what brand or type it is but I wanted to take that bed home with me! The concierge is very knowledgeable - gave me great restaurants to try. The only thing I would change is to have Starbucks IN the building instead of across the street. :)
