From the hotel:
On top of a hill sprinkled with thyme and surrounded by carobs of yore stands, since 1900, the mill (moinho) that gave its name to this place and, more recently, to the house that shares the same space and prolongs life beyond time itself. Between land and sea, and always under blue skyies, porches, memories, vaults and a hatch that is always open to the newcomer.
