NONEXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, AND FILTHY

Rating: 2

1. Housekeeping did not come for two full days. 2. Filthy room conditions. 3. We left a large pile of dirty wet towels in front of our door, outside. They sat there for two days until we asked for new towels, to which they responded and I quote, "What do you need them for?" "Housekeeping has not been to our room in two days". "This is how our towels get stolen". "Bring me your old towels". 4. Outlets are old and all appliances, i.e. hair dryers, etc., will fall out when trying to use. 5. Water clogged in tub for two days. Housekeeping never cleaned. Their idea of cleaning is making beds (and they won't if you leave any article on your bed). SHEETS AND BED LINENS NEVER CHANGED. 6. No phones in room. 7. We were asked "how many vehicles are you driving", like we were in the principal's office. 8. Asked for an iron from the front desk. Received an iron that was at least 10+ years old with fabric lined cord (get the idea), and it ruined clothes. 9. We left items on the floor on purpose to see if housekeeping would clean, NOT ONCE! 10. We paid on $708.00 for 4 days to stay in what I would consider the filthiest, poorly ran hotel I have ever been in. The staff is rude and acted like we were asking for things that were "out of the ordinary". All we wanted was courteous, normal service, i.e., clean towels, daily maid service, working electrical outlets, change of bed linens, etc. Don't waste your time or money on this "mom and pop" dump! All you need to do is look at the bathroom ceiling and you will never step foot back in the place! Must pay on arrival in full, although we can live with this.
