    • Melhor localização, impossível. Bom quarto, banheiro ótimo. Só faltava ser um pouco mais barato.
    • Awesome place. Great staff, really cool rooms and free coffee. WSA.

A very nice little hotel near Times Square. They have a bit of the movie theme going but they don't overdo it. Reasonable rates, great servi...

Wonderful Boutique Hotel in downtown NYC

Rating: 10

We spent six nights at the Casablanca Hotel in NYC for my wife's birthday. The location is perfect, just steps from Times Square yet just far enough away to get away from the noise and crowds of said Square. The staff was extemely helpful, gracious and friendly. My favorite Hotel in Seattle is The Inn at the Market and Casablanca had a lot of the same feel and ambiance. I highly recommend it for people who like the boutique feel in a hotel.

Casablanca is a lovely unprententious hotel with discreet and unofficious service. The rooms are well appointed and clean. We will certainly return to this charming property

A Wonderful Stay!

Rating: 10

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and hospitality. The staff was always willing to bend over backwards for any request. The room was nice. We especially liked the large bathroom with nice tile and the roomy closet. Although we were close to Times Square, the rooms were absolutely quiet. The free coffee/tea/water/cookies/croissants in the lounge were a wonderful extra, along with the free internet access. A lovely stay!

Congratulations on a first class hotel, and thanks to Joe and all the staff! Have our room ready next April. We're already planning. Emails with questions welcome. Can't beat the location

Rating: 8

Great location just off Times Square, 1.5 blocks to subway entrance. Staff were very friendly and the free food was great. We often stopped at 'Rick's Cafe' after a day on the streets to get some coffee, cookies, etc. Only complaint is that the mattresses on the beds were on the firm side. The room was small...but it's New York and I expect that.

small, but quaint

Rating: 7

We came here for a romantic getaway weekend. Things turned out great in the end, but began on a very disappointing note. The Superior room was a little bigger than a closet. Day 2 we upgraded to a King sized bed and it was much nicer, though still a bit small. The breakfast was fabulous and they keep it open till 11am (great for late sleepers). The location can't be beat. The staff is among the best I've ever seen, helpful and friendly.

Cosy Times Square hotel

Rating: 9

We decided that as natives of NYC it was a sin to have never experienced Times Square on New Year's Eve. The Casablanca had a wonderful evening planned for us; they coordinated with Tony's restaurant (next door) to prepare a great dinner filled with good food and singing. Afterwards, we all went to the roof of the hotel, where we had flowing chanpagne and enjoyed a spectacular view of Times Square and the countdown of the ball. We were treated to breakfast the next morning in Rick's Cafe, which has a cozy outdoor section and even a fireplace. We'll have to be tourists in our own town more often!

Fantastic

This hotel is perfect. The staff was informative and caring. The wine and cheese at the end of the day was relaxing. The breakfasts were simple but filling. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The location of the hotel was central and within walking distance of everything. I'd go back to this hotel in a New York minute.

A blessing

Rating: 10

We reserved a room at another hotel and left because of how bad it was. We stumbled upon the Casablanca and it was a blessing. Beautiful hotel wonderful staff. Will never stay anywhere else when in New York City. Walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Center, Central Park. The staff helped us plan our outings told us which subway to use and where the best places to go were.

What a fabulous hotel!!

I come to New York often and usually stay at the Sheraton, but I decided to try something else this time. I wanted a small unique boutique hotel in a good location. The Casablanca was perfect. This intimate luxury hotel offered my family and I an enjoyable stay. They made us feel as if it was a home away from home with extroardinary service. The rooms were gorgeous and cozy, Rick's cafe was a great place to relax and have a snack, and the service was impeccable. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Times square, the Casablanca Hotel offered us an oasis of tranquility with exciting adventures right outside the front door.

An oasis of serenity in NYC!

Rating: 10

My friends and family took several rooms at this exquisite and charming hotel and everyone felt so at home and personally cared for. The complimentary wine and cheese reception was a great way to start the weekend festivities. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and we all relaxed in Ricks Cafe as is we were in our own living room and gobbled up the cookies and capucinos they had set out for all the guests. It really was an amazing value. In the evening they put on a classic movie video and set out popcorn for us. The staff went out of there way at every opportunity. The location can not be beat just a few steps away from all the spectacular lights of Times Square, but inside the hotel, just peace and the qiet tinkling of the ivories playing"As time goes by". We will definitely be back next year!

Don't play it again, Sam

I stayed at the Casablanca in the summer. I typically love intimate, boutique hotels. And it is a surprising little hotel right in Times Square. But the standard rooms are small, as well as the bathrooms. It was uncomfortable for a couple, but a single traveler may get by. We stayed in August, and the air-conditioner was not working, which made it kind of miserable. The quality of the decor was not the best. It had been decorated very cheaply. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast is very good and the lobby is quite charming. It is a little piece of Morocco right in Times Square!
