Beautiful hotel and scenery

My family recently visited the hotel. What a beauty. I had been told that Spanish Bay is the best place to stay on the Central Coast and I concur. The golf course was breath taking. We especially enjoyed the evening cocktails on their beautiful patio over looking the beach. On the patio, you are seated around fire pits which is a great setting to get to mingle with the other guests. A bagpiper plays nightly which only adds charm to the dazzling sunsets. Samantha, our server, was so friendly and knowledgable. She recommended some great wines of the region that we had never tried, as well as, a Pink Lady cocktail, that I believe she invented. Roy's is right next door to the patio. In all, it was a perfect stay.
