I lost a cell phone in this hotel. After I checked in, I found the room television and Internet doesn't work. After I complained, they let me wait for almost 2 hours to transfer me to another room. When I was transferring, I lost the cell phone in the first room. When I told them to find it, they told me that the housekeeping staff didn't find it. When I asked them to double check the room, they never replied me again. I had to came back to the hotel in person, they told me that the room has other customers. They promised me that they will check room the second day and call me. But in the late afternoon on the second day I didn't received any of their call. I have to call back and they told me that they just checked. They are lying  What a lousy service. They are reluctant to solve problem for customers, and I think some of their staff were not honest and took my cell phone.

For the room, the facility of the first room was totally out of use. How can they didn't check room before customers check in?  For the second room we transferred to, the balcony door can't be locked, which let me feel not safe at night.

The service, the location and the facility are definitely not worth for its high room rates. Never be cheated by its photos. I strongly recommend not  stay in this crappy hotel.
