jEWLERY STOLEN HERE!!!!!! HOTEL STAFF UNRESPONSIVE..POLICE DETECTIVES ON CASE BUT OF COURSE NO LUCK. WILL NEVER, EVER STAY HERE AGAIN...EVEN AFTER RENOVATIONS, CAN NEVER TRUST THIS HORRID PLACE AGAIN!!
THE WORST SPA RESORT I'VE EVER STAYED AT!! EVERYTHING IS BAD!
Bad customer service, bad room service! I found red worms in 2 of the towels in the bathroom! couldn't reach the air conditioning unit w/out climbing on a chair! Looked up and found rusted vents in the bathroom ceiling! Room service said they don't deliver champagne to the room (WHAT?!) over priced! The bellman just stood there while I tried to open the big doors w/ bags in one hand and holding one hand of each of my 3 kids! worst for your money! My sister's room was just as bad! She opened the shower curtain just to find the entire tub area full of tiny flying things! took 3 calls before someone came to help! We even changed our room-2nd room just as bad and plus we had molding to look at from our window! Plus we were charged for 2 extra rooms on our card! so needless to say....stay away from this bad nightmare of a hotel!!
