We always wanted our wedding to be private and different; we weren't hung up on crowds and the conventional bit. We really wanted something to remember. Then Sarah at the office suggested a Caribbean wedding which appealed to us both. We had gone diving in Tobago the year before and had such a great time, so the Bacolet Beach Club was an automatic choice. They were very helpful when they knew why we had come. This boutique hotel presented us with a complementary bottle of champagne and laid on a special dinner just for us. Oh yes, and they allowed us to have the ceremony on their ownprivate beach. We'll never forget Tobago's best beach resort hotel.
