Definitely not what I expected for the price. Won't be coming back -
Awesome service! -
*Evan[Bu] Silver Medal Property* -
Take a swim in the world's smallest outdoor pool (located on the 3rd floor). -
The beds are raised at least 3 feet above the ground. Be prepared to do a little pole vaulting. -
Do not expect customer service, let alone great customer service. -
Terrible service! Had things stolen from my room and they accused us of lying. -
The executive lounge on the 4th floor is outstanding. -
To the people complaining about lack of amenities, generally speaking, the nicer the hotel, the less freebies you get. I will add that the Internet is painfully slow but the room was nice. -
Can't wait to ck in Nov. 16th...Bourbon Street meet Blacksonville! -
Strange how when the more you pay for a room the less you get... 10$ for internet?!? Who doesnt offer FREE wifi?!? -
Why are there brass bands playing outside my window at 2 am? I guess thats why they give you ear plugs when you check in. (they didn't help) -
There's still time to stop by the WorldPay booth for the New Orleans Career Fair. Stop by and say hello. -
Don't use hotel parking there are two parking garages behind the hotel on Iberville with much better rates. -

No fridge, no microwave, ice machine wasn't working... You're nice, Astor Crowne, but you could be better. -
Plan an early arrival for valet service. Traffic is heavy and their valet lots is five blocks away. -
For the simple reason of lousy valet service alone, I will never stay at this hotel again. -
Great location for Mardi Gras. The three big parades come right by the hotel. -
Perfect location for FQ... lots of affordable eateries nearby and plenty of action around!! Let the good times roll! -
The rooms are nice but for the price you think they would have a refrigerator -
Great service - love the view of Bourbon St. from our room!
NOT an "Upscale" Hotel - So Disappointing!
This hotel was beyond disappointing! The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the website. Those apparently, are what the rooms ?will? look like after their extensive renovation. However, we were never informed in any way that the hotel was under repair. The rooms were dark and dingy ? one with a dirty, torn bed spread and one with damaged furniture. The staff was almost uniformly unhelpful, from the valet who didn?t know where Jackson Square was (it?s 6 blocks away) to the concierge who was lazy and disrespectful to my husband when we tried to order flowers. The common area furniture was filthy as was the cloudy pool. I would give this hotel 1 star.
Great location and decent price
Clean rooms for a reasonable price. Remember: use priceline on this hotel, you will save a great amount of money and be a step away from all the trashy action on Bourbon. Service was good, except for check in by some brain dead front desk agent (took 20 minutes to find my reservation, no one else there). Another great tip (from a local, me): why pay $20 for parking? Park TWO blocks down the street on Rampart (or, in the alternative, Basin) for FREE. Have Fun!
Great Choice!
Convenient, clean, well appointed and overall perfect choice if you want to stay in the downtown area. Right on Bourbon street and within walking distance of Harrah's Casino. Good service, fresh rooms and a fantastic restaurant downstairs. I do wish they had a Priority club line for check in to speed things up... lots of tourists in line keep you standing too long.
