Tom's hospitality stinks

Tom, the front desk manager, made our brief stay terribly unpleasant. He continually reminded us of the many rules of the inn, even though we had not broken any of them. For example, he repeated the $100 smoking in the room penalty mulitple times, even though we didn't smoke at all. He gave us keys that didn't work, and then threatened to call the sheriff when he was asked for more key cards. He would not allow us to have adjoining rooms with friends because we were potential partiers or "rockstars" as he put it, but we were very quiet and considerate the whole time. Basically he profiled us before we had even walked in the door, because of our profession. He was very rude and didn't even fix the light bulb in our bathroom after it went out, saying that he didn't have any light bulbs at all.
