Will never stay here
The lobby was the only attraction about the hotel. The rooms were terrible and smelly. It seemed like no star hotel. When I read 3 star hotel on some website. I felt like letting people know out there that don't believe it. I rather stay at a local hotel then this one
Nice wyndam property, Terrible service
Hotel is clean and in nice shape, but family that owns the property treats customer service as an inconvience. Night shift clerk actually told my wife she couldn't be connected to my room unless she knew my room number. A number of times when I asked the desk about issues, I was informed coldly that this was their policy and there was nothing they could do about it. Van driver spoke almost no english and drove like a complete madman. I am a wyndam rewards member and stay 50+ nights a year with their hotels and this one I will absolutely avoid in the future.
