Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Chipping paint and unfinished ceilings are not modern -- it's aesthetically unpleasant. Bad atmosphere. -

9th floor rooms smaller and have regular height ceilings unlike 14 ft. Ceilings on other floors. WiFi is non existent for 2 days and no Ethernet on 2nd day. Unacceptable when here on business.

This is a pretty neat hotel with small rooms, but with a fun bar area and pool table. -
Stay in the highest level possible. -

Jennifer & the staff of Chef Doug Brown who do all the catering & meeting space for Aloft Downtown Dallas are AWESOME! They do an amazing job handling every last detail and, the food is fabulous!
