Thompson LES

Jason Pomeranc's newest hotel in Manhattan down on the Lower East Side. But construction problems and just general Pomeranc bad luck have plagued this hotel so far. The opening date is set for sometime in 2007, but our money's on 2008. UPDATE: Hotel opened July 29, 2008!
