Bathroom was falling apart.

The blowdryer didn't work.  And neither did the outlets in the bathroom.

Two broken down single beds were pushed together to make a full-size bed.

The picture of the Deluxe room they said we were getting was no way near what we actually got.
It was  MUCH smaller than what was in the pic. And not as nicely decorated.

It was so bad that I took pictures of it, but I can't post them on here.  I still have them though.

The picture showed the Eifel Tower from the window.  This was a "doctored" picture. You could not even see the Eifel Tower from anywhere in that hotel, or at that location.

We were told there would be a shuttle at the airport for us but there wasn't - and we paid for this.  

The first day we had washclothes.  After that, none. They didn't refill anything but the towels.

The "included" breakfast did not include the items they listed and there was no one there to serve it. And it was not self-serve. So,we had to go across the street and pay 50 Euros for breakfast each day. The cafe does have wonderful food though.

They were doing remodeling work on the lowest floors on a Friday and blocked the elevator for over an hour so all the guests had to use the stairs.  We were on the 4th floor.  We had to walk through so much construction debree.

The staff were very nice. And the decor on the bottom floor was appealing.  But all-in-all, I felt like I was in a hotel in the US that costs about $25 a night.  Never again! We paid over 500 Euros, which is about $750 for 4 days.  We felt we were ripped off.

Paris is wonderful, but this hotel is slummy.  I've been all over Europe and the US and I can tell you that this hotel was the absolute worst I have ever stayed in.
