Soft Openings Are Hard

A recent visitor to Malta's new Radisson SAS Golden Sands let's us know that the "most exclusive five-star resort in Malta" (according to the hotel website), is currently a tad chaotic.

We were 'bumped' out of Radisson's other Malta hotel (Bay Point) into what was claimed to be a comparable hotel.

It isn't finished - it looks and sounds like a building site. Drilling started at 7 o' clock in the morning.
Many of the facilities are not yet finished and/or available.

We moved out after 1 night !!

337 rooms, free broadband, and a killer location give this property more than a fighting chance to turn things around once they are fully operational.
