Stay away from the Palazzo!  We recently returned from our Vegas trip over the Memorial Day weekend and had the most unpleasant stay at the Palazzo.  From the moment we checked-in to the minute we left the hotel, we had one bad experience after another but the worst really was the front desk staff.  They were rude, inefficient and kind of dumb (for lack of a better word).  We too have never felt the need to write a review about a hotel/restaurant before but this place is so horrible that we felt obligated to warn innocent consumers.  Spend your money at the Four Seasons, Wynn or Bellagio if you want a true 5 star/diamond experience.
