I recently stayed at the new Palazzo hotel in Las Vegas, and my experience was TERRIBLE! The prices weren't bad, but it was the filthiness of the hotel that made my stay despicable. There was blood on the walls, a porn dvd in the dvd player, dirty socks in the closet, bloody boogers on the wall, something really bloody (bloody tissue pieces?) in the sink, the shower fluctuated from hot to cold, the staff was disgustingly unfriendly, and they publicize that they have soo many good shops, but when you go downstairs, there aren't any! Everything is under construction. We tried to tell the staff about the filth, but they didn't even attempt to listen. Even a motel in Vegas would beat the hygiene and staff friendliness of the Palazzo. Any hotel would be better than staying at the Palazzo, and I have stayed at many. I have never felt the need to write a review, but this hotel was so horrible that YOU NEED TO BE WARNED!! STAY AWAY FROM THE PALAZZO HOTEL!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!! PLEASE!!
