I'm at a -2 with TBH right now. I'm just not buying it...

I think this hotel opened a bit too softly for me to add it to the short list of PSW preferred properties.

The rooftop could really only kick this hotel into high gear if it was easy to sneak into as a non-guest. I'd hate to have to contend with their clueless staff.
